Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- 24 hour notice for cancellations is preferred.
- 48 hour notice is preferred for lengthy appointments and spa packages.
- Same day cancellations may be subject to 50% charge of service booked.
- No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100%
- Canceling more than two appointments in a row may result in automatically canceled appointments
